Teacher Assistance

Student Support –Support is available for students in need of academic assistance by appointment with class teacher through Google Meet. 

Online learning requires motivation, organization, a commitment to learning.

You must have a computer and a broadband internet connection.

High School Summer School Information

eCADEMY Summer School 2021

Term 1: June 7 – 25       Term 2: June 28 – July 19

Students who take summer courses with eCADEMY will work online at home, on their own schedule, with an eCADEMY Teacher to support them virtually.

IN-PERSON LABS AND TUTORS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL APS HIGH SCHOOLS

Core Classes
Students can take semester 1/semester 2 in EITHER TERM

Electives
Spanish (I, II, and III), Psychology, Sociology, Art Appreciation, ACE (I and II)

Online PE
Students will cover all standards and written material from a traditional PE course with no in-person requirement

I’ve been registered for Summer School- what happens now?

Your course will be available on edgenuity.com at 8 AM on the first day of the term (June 7 for Term 1, June 27 for Term 2). Click here for instructions on how to login to Edgenuity.

Your teacher will also contact you on/before the first day of the term with more details

*For 8th Graders and Charter/Out-of-District Students* You will need to pay your fees by 8 AM on the first day of the term that you’re enrolled in. Here are your options for payment:

  1. At schoolpay.com with a credit/debit card*
  2. Over the phone with a credit/debit card*
  3. In person at the eCADEMY Main Campus - 5300 Cutler NE 87110
    1. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
    2. Pay with cash (EXACT CHANGE ONLY), cashier’s check, money order, or credit/debit card* (no personal checks will be accepted)

*Credit/Debit card payments will include a 4% convenience charge

Cost

Each course is ½ credit- students may take up to two courses per term

Students that were enrolled at an APS High School in the 20-21 school year are eligible to take up to four ½ credit courses at no cost

  • Incoming APS Freshmen registering for PE and do not qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch

  • Charter School Students (APS or non-APS)

  • Other students not enrolled in an APS school

$250 per ½ credit
Incoming APS Freshmen registering for PE who qualify for Reduced Lunch  $125 per ½ credit
Incoming APS Freshmen registering for PE who qualify for Free Lunch $62.50 per ½ credit
Current APS High School Students
(completed 9th-12th grade in the 2020-2021 school year)   

$0 per ½ credit, up to 2 credits

How do I pay for my course(s)?

Pay with Credit/Debit Card  With a credit/debit card at www.schoolpay.com, or over the phone with a credit/debit card- call the eCADEMY Office at (505) 247-4209 (a convenience charge will apply for all credit/debit card payments).
In-person at eCADEMY Cash/Cashier’s Check/Money Order payment times are to be determined, please check back for updates
