2021 Senior Graduation Information
WHEN: Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 11th at 10:30 AM
- Graduates MUST check in @ 8:45 AM
- REHEARSAL will begin promptly at 9:00am. Graduates who do not participate in rehearsal may be excluded from the ceremony.
WHERE: Nusenda Community Stadium: 1601 Arroyo Vista Blvd NE, Albuquerque
- Wristbands will be required for all guests to enter Nusenda Community Stadium
- Please leave all cell phones, bags, and purses in your car, otherwise they will be taken prior to the ceremony by eCademy school staff.
Mandatory Final Senior Wrap-Up and Cap and Gown distribution on Tuesday, May 4th from 9AM-2PM @eCademy East.

What do I need to do in order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony on May 11th? |
All technology devices and cords must be returned, fines and fees paid, and Final Senior Next Step Plan, Senior Exit Survey, and ADCs completed, to be eligible to participate. These activities can be completed on May 4th at Cap and Gown Distribution. |

Where do I get graduation tickets? |
Tickets (in the form of wristbands) will be distributed at the Final Senior Wrap up and Cap and Gown Distribution on Tuesday May 4th @ from 9AM-2PM at eCADEMY East. |

How many tickets can I get? |
Graduates will be given 2 tickets only due to current Covid restrictions. Tickets can not be exchanged or redistributed. |

Do I wear a cap and gown? |
YES! Cap and gowns may be purchased on May 4th for $60 if not already purchased. Cap and gowns and will be distributed on May 4th. |

What is the dress code?
|
Ladies should wear a nice dress or pants, and comfortable dress shoes. No HIGH HEELS. Wedges are ok. Gentlemen should wear dress shirts with collar, dress pants, and dress shoes. NO JEANS. Cultural dress may be worn underneath cap and gown. |

Can I wear other head coverings?
|
Religious head covering may be worn by itself or underneath the graduation cap. NO OTHER head covering(s) allowed. DO NOT DECORATE YOUR GRADUATION CAP. |

Where do I pick up my diploma? |
If attending the graduation ceremony: diplomas will be distributed post ceremony. If not attending the ceremony, you can pick up your diploma at eCADEMY East on Wednesday May 12th from 9AM-2PM. |

What do I do if I can’t make it on May 4th? |
Please call 505-247-4209 to make an appt to get all tasks completed by Thursday, May 6th at NOON in order to still be eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony on May 11th at Nusenda Community Stadium. |
