Welcome to the eCADEMY High School Health Office!

• If your child has any new health concerns or changes to their current health conditions at any point in the school year, please let the health office know. This information greatly helps us support your child in school.
• There are several times throughout the year that students might be on campus (mandatory state testing, etc.) or on a field trip. For that reason, if your child is needing any medications and/or medical procedures during the school day, the health office will need to have medical orders signed by their doctor on file. A new form is required every school year.

Need Health Insurance?
