eCademy 2020-21 School Year Registration for Enrolled Students

School Year 2020-2021

Welcome to the 2020-21 school year at eCademy.  We are so excited you are joining us this year.  All students that have been admitted into eCademy will need to participate in orientation and complete the registration process on August 6th or 7th.

On Wednesday, August 5th you will receive a Google Registration Completion form in your e-mail.  This form will also be located on the ecademy.aps.edu website.  On August 6th or 7th you will need to fill out this form electronically.  On August 6th and 7th administrators, counselors and coordinators will hold Google Meet sessions on-line at 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm to assist with completing the form and answer your questions related to eCademy.  Please check our website for the Google Meet Link.

On August 10th and 11th all students enrolled in eCademy high school will need to pick up a laptop from the 5300 Cutler NE location. Computer distribution will be based on the student’s last name.  Last names A-L may pick up their computer on August 10th and students starting with M-Z may pick up their computer on August 11th.  Computer distribution will take place between 8:30 am and 2:30 pm.

August 12th is the first day back for students, on-line.  Teachers will be contacting students in their classes the first week ensuring students are set to go with accessing the on-line curriculum beginning on August 19th.

August 19th on-line curriculum begins.

August 13 and 14 between 7- 9 am or 11am -1pm students that qualify for free or reduced lunch may pick up their Grab and Go meal tickets at eCademy High School located at 5300 Cutler NE.  Students with meal tickets may pick up meals at any Comprehensive High School.  More information about the Grab and Go meal program may be found on the APS.edu website.
